A first look at XCMG’s hydrogen powered truck which has a 400km duration using a low pressure hydrogen system. Peak power is 480hp, peak torque 2000Nm and rated GVM, 49,000kg.

The final drawing for the fully electric 8×4 water cart currently in build for Eastland Group. The tank is 20,000 litre capacity.

E700 6×4 tractor now features battery swapping capability
The latest E700 6×4 tractor now features battery swapping capability. The truck can return to the road fully charged in under 5 minutes.
Eastland Group Watercart
Eastland Group has won funding for a fully electric heavy watercart in the latest EECA Low Emissions Vehicles Contestable Funding round. Etrucks are delighted to be selected as the preferred supplier and the E700 8×4 will begin assembly soon.
This project has paved the way for Etrucks to offer NZ compliant, RHD, fully electric heavy trucks.
We can now offer the E700 as a 6×4 tractor with a GCM of 49,000kg.
The E700 is available as an 8×4 cab chassis or tipper, again with a GCM of 49 tonne.
Blackhead Quarries fully electric mining dump truck in action
Blackhead’s fully electric mining dump coming down the hill with a 30 tonne load. On an average day the truck carries 600 tonne down the slope and uses around $4 a day of electricity.
